Services

MD Air Conditioning & Heating Inc. provides residential and commercial HVAC services including air conditioning repair, installation, and maintenance; heating repair, installation, and maintenance; heat pump services; and indoor air quality solutions in the San Antonio, Texas metropolitan area.

Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided are based on information available at the time of assessment. Final pricing may vary if additional work is discovered during service. We will communicate any changes and obtain your approval before proceeding with additional work. Estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise noted.

Scheduling and Cancellations

We strive to arrive within the scheduled service window. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Emergency service calls are available 24/7 and may be subject to after-hours rates.

Warranties

Our workmanship is warranted for a period specified at the time of service. Equipment warranties are provided by the manufacturer and are subject to manufacturer terms and conditions. Warranty claims require proof of regular maintenance as recommended by the manufacturer.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless financing arrangements have been made in advance. We accept major credit cards, checks, and cash. Financing options are available for qualifying installations through our financing partners.

Limitation of Liability

MD Air Conditioning & Heating Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, code violations, or damage caused by third parties.

Licensing

MD Air Conditioning & Heating Inc. is a licensed HVAC contractor in the state of Texas. License number: TACLA00014752E. We are fully licensed, insured, and bonded.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Bexar County, Texas.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
